Duplication of the gastrointestinal tract occur any part alimentary from tongue to anus. Male have slightly more predominance than females. Gastrointestinal duplication will a varied presentation. Ileum and oesophagus are most commonly involved. Colonic is rare can present with diagnostic difficulties. has presence well developed coat smooth muscle, intimately attached in mesentric region show common blood supply native bowel. Sometime it an epithelial lining representing some portion tract.
